This agreement applies to all operation behaviors and functional usage behaviors of users in the Mirzel application. By downloading, installing and using this application, all users fully confirm to accept and abide by all terms stipulated in this agreement.
All information is processed locally, the information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the app does not collect any facial data. Mirzel adopts a no account login operation mode, users can directly use all core creation functions of the application without registering any personal account or binding any personal information, and the whole usage process does not involve any collection of user facial data and personal biometric information.
Mirzel is a professional local AI artistic portrait customization tool. Relying on independent local AI image generation technology, the application provides users with full dimensional and high free portrait creation services. The available functions include real female portrait photo import, multi style artistic rendering, exclusive scene matching, decorative prop addition and fine adjustment of brush texture, color tone and picture composition. All service functions are completed through local AI computing on user devices.
The app does not collect any facial data of users in the process of providing all creation services, all portrait processing and artistic generation operations are only completed locally on the user's own device.
Users shall use the Mirzel application and its functional services in accordance with official application store specifications and public usage norms. Users agree not to use the local AI creation function of the application for improper, illegal or unauthorized creation behaviors. All content creation behaviors completed by users through local devices shall be independently responsible by users themselves.
All creation data and portrait content involved in user service use are only stored locally, and the app does not collect, record or obtain any user facial data and creation information.
Users have full independent control rights over all operations in the Mirzel application. Users can independently import local portrait photos, select artistic styles, adjust picture parameters, generate artistic works, save or delete local files. All operation behaviors are completed by users on their own local devices, and the application will not interfere with or record user independent operation behaviors.
During all user independent operation processes, the app always does not collect any facial data of users, and all portrait information only exists in the user's local device storage space.
Users shall ensure that all imported portrait photos are legal and compliant, and users shall own the legitimate right to use all imported picture materials. Users shall not import pictures involving illegal content, infringing content or non authorized portrait content for creation. All legal risks arising from non compliant import and creation behaviors shall be borne by users themselves.
Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or plagiarize the local AI program and functional framework of Mirzel. The core technology, material resources and functional design of the application are protected by relevant specification norms, and any unauthorized tampering and use are not allowed.
All pictures, parameter setting records and generated artistic works generated during the use of Mirzel are all local data of user devices. The application will not automatically retain or back up any user local data. Users can actively clear and delete all local creation data according to personal needs, and the deleted data cannot be recovered by the application.
All data processing and storage are limited to the user's local device, the app does not collect any facial data, and all user portrait related information will be completely deleted after the user actively clears the local content.
All local AI technology algorithms, artistic style templates, scene materials, decorative props and functional design of Mirzel have obtained formal compliant authorization. All intellectual property rights of the application framework and built-in materials belong to the official development team of Mirzel. Users only obtain the personal usable right of the application during the usage period, and do not obtain any intellectual property ownership of the application resources.
The artistic portrait works generated by users through the local AI function of Mirzel belong to personal exclusive works of users. Users can use the generated works for personal scenarios such as personalized avatars, desktop wallpapers and personal art collection. All generated works have no copyright risk, and the application will not claim any right to user local creation works.
In the process of generating user exclusive works, the app does not collect any facial data of users, and the work content is only stored locally and independently controlled by users.
Mirzel will regularly carry out local function optimization, material update and experience upgrade according to product operation demands, so as to optimize the local AI creation effect and user usage experience. All application updates only act on the local program of the user device, and no user personal data or facial information will be involved in the update process.
The official team will carry out routine maintenance and technical optimization for the application to ensure the stable operation of local AI creation functions. During maintenance and optimization, the application will not access or obtain any user local portrait content and facial data. The app does not collect any facial data during all service update and maintenance processes.
Mirzel reserves the right to appropriately revise the content of this user agreement according to product function iteration and service adjustment demands. The revised agreement content will be displayed inside the application, and the continued use of the application by users will be deemed as recognition and acceptance of the revised agreement terms.
Users can terminate the use of all application services at any time by uninstalling the application or clearing local data. After the user terminates the service, all local creation content and cached data will be completely retained or deleted by the user independently. The app does not collect any facial data before and after the termination of user service, and no user related information will be reserved by the application.
